Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Absolutely. We use professional-grade equipment and products designed to deliver a thorough and reliable clean. You don’t need to provide anything.

How long does an end of lease clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the property. A small 1-2 bedroom apartment may take 4–6 hours for 2 cleaners, while a larger home could require a full day or more. We’ll give you a clear estimate when you book.

Can you do carpets, walls and appliances?

Yes — we can clean carpets (steam cleaning), walls (spot or full wash), ovens, rangehoods, fridges and other appliances. These can be included in your package or booked as add-ons.

Do I need to be home during the clean?


No, you don’t have to be there. Many clients provide access and return later for inspection. Our team is fully insured and police-checked, so you can feel confident leaving the property in our hands.

Can you provide an entry or exit report?

Yes — we offer both entry and exit condition reports as standalone services or alongside your clean. These detailed reports are designed to give you peace of mind and clear documentation for your landlord or property manager.

What happens if my real estate isn’t satisfied?

If your agent raises an issue related to our cleaning, simply let us know. We’ll return promptly and make it right at no extra charge, as part of our bond-back guarantee. For your convenience, we can also pick up and drop off keys directly with your real estate agent or property manager to save you time.
