Yes! Our End of Lease Cleaning comes with a bond-back guarantee (as long as the property is in fair condition and everything required is included). If your property manager isn’t satisfied, we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
Nope — we bring our own professional-grade products and tools (including HEPA vacuums and eco-friendly options). All you need to provide is access to power and water.
Can I book a regular clean, or is it one-off only?
We do both. From fortnightly freshen-ups to once-off deep cleans, we’ll tailor the service to suit your needs.
Can I book a regular clean instead of one-off?
Absolutely. We offer one-off, fortnightly, monthly or custom schedules.
Do you clean carpets and upholstery?
We offer carpet steam cleaning as an optional add-on for end of lease or deep cleans. Upholstery cleaning can be arranged on request.

What type of carpentry jobs do you take on?
Our carpenters handle a wide range of work — from fence repairs and decking to shelving, cabinetry, plaster patching and small home renovations. If it’s not listed, just ask!
Do you offer free quotes for carpentry and repairs?
Yes, we provide free quotes. In many cases, we can give an estimate online; for larger or detailed projects, we may arrange an on-site visit.
How soon can you start work after quoting?
Small repairs can usually be scheduled within a few days. Larger projects may require more notice, depending on scope and materials.
Do you supply materials, or should I provide them?
We can source and supply materials, or work with what you provide. This will always be detailed clearly in your quote.
Are your carpenters licensed and insured?
Yes — our carpentry team is fully insured, police-checked and highly experienced.

Do you remove garden waste?
We can! if your green waste bin is full, we can arrange disposal for an additional fee.
Can you maintain my garden regularly?
Yes — we offer one-off garden tidies as well as ongoing maintenance (weekly, fortnightly or monthly).
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes — we bring all required lawn and garden tools to complete the job.
Can you handle large or overgrown gardens?
Yes — but larger or heavily overgrown properties may require extra time and charges, which we’ll confirm upfront.
Booking & Payment
How do I book a service?
Simply fill out our Book a Service or Request a Quote form online, or contact us via call, text, or WhatsApp. We’ll confirm everything with you within 24 hours.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. To secure your booking and lock in your service date, a deposit is required:
- Cleaning services: 20% deposit for bookings valued at $500 or more.
- Carpentry & repairs: 30% deposit for bookings valued at $1,000 or more.
The deposit ensures your time is reserved and will always be clearly stated in your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayID, EFTPOS and Afterpay for convenience.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes — we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Do you service all Melbourne suburbs?
Yes — we cover Melbourne metro and surrounding suburbs. Travel fees may apply for areas outside the metro.
