1. Services Provided


  • We offer professional cleaning, carpentry, repairs and garden maintenance services.
  • All services are delivered with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • The scope of work will be confirmed with the client prior to commencement.




2. Quotes & Pricing


  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
  • Additional charges may apply if extra tasks are required, or if the property’s condition differs from the description provided.
  • Flat-rate pricing applies to average-sized homes in fair condition unless otherwise specified.




3. Booking & Availability


  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather, emergencies).
  • Carpentry & repairs may require site inspection before final confirmation.




4. Payments


  • Payment is due on the day of service, upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A 20% deposit is required for cleaning services with a value of $500 or more.
  • A 30% deposit is required for carpentry & repairs services valued at $1,000 or more.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of service.
  • We accept PayID, EFTPOS and Afterpay (where available).
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.




5. Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.




6. Client Responsibilities


  • Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Parking costs (if required) must be covered by the client.
  • For cleaning, the property should have running water and electricity unless otherwise agreed.




7. Satisfaction Guarantee


  • We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we will address any reasonable concerns.




8. Gift Cards


  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Redeemable for any service offered by The Unforgettable Clean.
  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the service cost exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid by the recipient.
  • If the service cost is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
  • Delivered digitally via email and must be presented at the time of booking.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.




9. Liability


  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
  • For carpentry & repairs, warranty and materials will be discussed on a per-job basis.




10. Privacy


  • All personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties.
